Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address. if you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us info@cravelet.com
Most items are handmade to order.
Please make sure you are using a valid email address. We may need to contact you for customized / personalized orders approval. The mockup needs to be approved within 3 days to prevent delays. If no response after 3 days, product will be sent as is.
Priority or express shipping will not speed up the process time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cravelet. We put our hearts into our crafts and we want you to love them as much as we do! But, we understand that sometimes items may not look the way you expected them. If that does happen to you we will be happy to return certain items within 7 days of your purchase and you will be refunded to the original payment source.
However, personalized items, like customized Mug, Candles, T-Shirt, Greeting Cards with personal names or certain quotes cannot be refunded.
Please remember everything at Cravelet is handcrafted and mistakes can happen no matter how many hours we spend scrutinizing our finished products. If we do make an error we will be more than happy to fix your item!

Lost Stolen or Undelivered Packages
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
Orders with incorrect address information
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it!

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it! Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients! If the item is backordered longer than two weeks, a refund can be issued upon request to info@cravelet.com
